Chef Jeffry Wierzbicki


Executive chef Jeffry Wierzbicki began his career washing dishes in a upstate NY golf course/ country club while majoring in Food and Nutrition during high school. Finding that he enjoyed being in the kitchen after high school he pursued a Bachelors of Science in Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University. Upon Graduation he Gained experience in such places as The Boston Harbor hotel, The Bay Tower room in Boston. He also spent time working in Ambergris Caye, Belize, as well as Opening Epicurean Restaurant at Mission Point resort, Mackinac Island Michigan. Jeffry has been the Executive Chef at Winberie’s in Summit NJ since 2006.
