Chef Michael Lee

SONO

Michael Lee started an apprenticeship at Japanese restaurant in 1996 and worked at various restaurants in multiple states including CA, AZ, NV, TX, LO, MO, IL, and more. Worked as head chef at multiple restaurants as well as helping successfully open up new restaurants before coming to NC and opening SONO as chef/owner in spring of 2008. Not the best time to open a restaurant with where the economy was but we worked hard and are standing strong!
