Chris attended Southern New Hampshire University to study Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management. He served as the Lead Cook for the Waterville Maine Country Club for two seasons before being hired by the Hilton Garden Inn in Freeport, Maine. There he was the Banquet Chef for two years before being promoted to the position of Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager. In September of 2011, Chris was recruited by Maine’s First Family to be the Executive Chef at the Blaine House, home to Maine’s Governor and First Lady; and Historical 1832 Mansion in Maine’s capitol city of Augusta.
