Chef Mandy Dixon to Compete in ‘Great American Seafood Cook-Off’ in New Orleans

The Lt Governor of the state of Louisiana and the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board announced that they are hosting the 11th Annual Great American Seafood Cook-Off on August 2nd in New Orleans. At the Cook-Off, eighteen chefs from around the country will compete for the highly coveted crown honoring the best seafood chef in the nation. Read more.
