Cook-off Schedule

Saturday, August 2nd

11:30 a.m. Opening Ceremony

12:50 p.m. Cooking Begins Each of the 18 Chefs will have staggered start times, separated by ten minutes. Each chef will have one hour to cook and plate. Dishes will be walked to the judges who will have 10 minutes to hear the Chef’s presentation and to critique the dish

3:50 p.m. Cooking ends

4:00 p.m. Live performance: Band TBD

4:30 p.m. Closing Ceremony

4:50 p.m. Great American Seafood Cook-Off Champion crowned

Admission is free to those attending the Louisiana Restaurant Association Show. General public can buy $5 tickets in advance at Whole Foods or at the door.
